Primary TargetA fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) peptide substrate for TACE
General description
A fluorescence energy transfer (FRET) peptide substrate for tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α convertase (TACE) (Km ~19 µM). Cleavage occurs between the alanine and valine residues. Useful for screening TACE inhibitors. Excitation max: ~340 nm; emission max: ~490 nm.
A fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) peptide substrate for TACE (Km = 19 µM). Substrate cleavage occurs at the Ala-Val bond. Useful for the screening of TACE and SARS protease 3-CLPRO inhibitors.
